The Kenyan Nurses Association of America (“KNAA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of our members and website visitors. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

Despite our efforts, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account and to contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
We retain your personal information for as long as your membership is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to fulfill legal and administrative obligations. If you request deletion of your account and data, we will action that request within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements.

The Kenyan Nurses Association of America is a non-profit organization incorporated in the State of New Jersey. Our mission is to champion the advancement of nursing and healthcare for Kenyan nurses in the United States and Kenya.
Membership in KNAA is open to licensed nursing professionals and nursing students. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. KNAA reserves the right to verify credentials and to decline or revoke membership at its discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify KNAA immediately at Info@KenyanNursesUSA.org if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. KNAA is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
Annual membership fees are set by KNAA and are subject to change with reasonable notice to members. Event registration fees are stated at the time of registration. All payments are made externally via Zelle to Info@KenyanNursesUSA.org. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of registration or unless required by applicable law.
